Call for papers : 2019 Conference

The NZ Population Conference will be held at Te Papa, Wellington on 20th & 21st June.

The theme is: ‘Population change in Aotearoa New Zealand: people, places and well-being’.

Call for papers – deadline extended to 15 March!

We seek contributions on a wide range of population issues including:
  • migration & regional dynamics
  • spatial statistics
  • diversity
  • population ageing
  • child poverty
  • gender and sexual identities
  • housing and homelessness
  • health and wellbeing
  • Māori and indigenous demography
  • demographic methods
  • time use
  • families, whānau and households
  • labour markets and education
