The Population Association of New Zealand (PANZ) invites you to its biennial conference NZPopCon. This year’s theme is Population futures in an uncertain world: The changing faces of Aotearoa New Zealand, to be held 29 and 30 August 2023, at the Engineering Building, University of Auckland

NZPopCon is the flagship forum for population research in Aotearoa and brings together a wide range of population professionals in academia, government, communities and the private sector.

We seek contributions on a wide range of population issues including:
• Population change
• Population health, inequities, and wellbeing
• Diversity and migration
• Indigeneity and Māori populations
• Climate change impacts and adaptations
• COVID-19: Pandemics past and future
• Housing, homelessness, and economic pressures
• Methodologies
Population-based research on other themes will also be considered.
